The City of Athens will hold a public hearing concerning the zoning of property located along Keith Lane and Cedar Springs Road in the City of Athens as shown on the accompanying map. This public hearing will be held during the regular City Council Meeting on September 15, 2020 at the Athens Municipal Building, City Council Chambers, 815 North Jackson Street at 6:00 p.m. Public comments will be accepted at this public hearing. All parties wishing to speak on this issue should be present at the hearing or submit comments to the Director of Community Development, 815 North Jackson Street, Athens, Tennessee 37303 or via email at acasteel@athenstn.gov on or before the public hearing date. OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ATHENS, TENNESSEE
DURING THE YEAR 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all residents of Athens, Tennessee, and to all persons interested, that open, public regular meetings of the City Council of the City of Athens, Tennessee, will be held at the regular meeting place of said Council at the Athens City Municipal Building at 815 North Jackson Street, Athens, Tennessee, commencing at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month during the year 2020.
There will be considered at such meetings all matters which may properly be considered at regular meetings of the City Council.
The Athens City Council Study Session will be held on the Monday of week prior to the City Council meeting at 5:45 p.m. at the Athens Municipal Building Conference Room except for the meeting scheduled for September 2020. This meeting has been rescheduled and will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. There will be considered at such meetings all matters which may properly be considered at regular meetings of the Athens City Council, however, no action will be taken.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 8-44-101 to 8-44-106, inclusive, Tennessee Code Annotated.

OF THE ATHENS MUNICIPAL-REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION
AND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF ATHENS, TENNESSEE
DURING THE YEAR 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all residents of Athens, Tennessee, and to all persons interested, that open, public regular meetings of the Athens Municipal-Regional Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Athens, Tennessee, will be held at their regular meeting place at the Athens City Municipal Building, 815 North Jackson Street in Athens, Tennessee, during the year 2020.
The Athens Municipal-Regional Planning Commission will meet on the first Monday of each month commencing at 12:00 noon except for the meeting scheduled for September 2020. Due to the holiday, this meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. The Athens Municipal-Regional Planning Commission Work Session will be held on the last Monday of each month at 12:00 noon except for the May 2020 meeting. Due to the holiday, this meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. There will be considered at such meetings all matters which may properly be considered at regular meetings of the Athens Municipal-Regional Planning Commission; however, no action will be taken.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on the third Wednesday of each month commencing at 9:00 a.m.
If any of the aforementioned scheduled meeting dates fall on a holiday, they will be rescheduled to the next consecutive calendar date.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all residents of Athens, Tennessee, and to all persons interested, public regular meetings of the Athens Beer Board of the City of Athens, Tennessee, will be held at their regular meeting place at the Athens City Municipal Building, 815 North Jackson Street in Athens, Tennessee, commencing at 6:00 p.m. immediately following the regular meeting of the Athens City Council during the year 2020.
