Patrol Division
The Patrol Division is led by Lieutenant Steven Thomas. This Division is the largest at APD, and is comprised of the officers who respond twenty-four hours a day when a citizen calls for help.
In addition to “traditional” patrol using vehicles, the Division strives to utilize other forms of patrol such as walking foot beats or utilizing bicycles.
